Bond & Basin is El Paso's stewardship practice for private pools. The desert sun works hard on your water, so we work a little harder: chemistry balanced, equipment sound, gate locked behind us, and every visit in writing.
A pool is the hardest working room of an El Paso house. Ten months of sun, spring dust off the Franklins, a monsoon that shows up uninvited: the water changes chemistry overnight, and most services treat it like a chore to be rushed. We treat it like a property in our care.
That means the same technician week to week (someone who learns your pool, waves at your dog, and knows which gate sticks), plus a written record of what we found, what we did, and what we added. You should never have to wonder whether the pool was serviced. You should simply find it ready.
We are starting where we live: a careful weekly route through El Paso, supported by seasonal and repair work. Larger projects come by consultation, so the route never suffers and neither do you.
The core of the practice: a standing weekly visit on a consistent day, with a consistent technician.
Seasonal transitions done methodically, so spring starts clean and winter does no harm.
Pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation, diagnosed plainly and quoted before work begins.
Resurfacing, tile, and outdoor-water projects, taken selectively and by consultation with your builder or architect.
You hear from us four times around every visit: a confirmation when it is scheduled, a reminder the day before, a note when your technician is thirty minutes out, and a full written summary when the work is done.
Gate and access checked, water level read, anything visible documented before work begins.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness, stabilizer, salt where fitted: nine readings taken and logged, not guessed.
Surface skimmed, walls brushed, floor vacuumed, waterline wiped, baskets emptied.
Pump, filter pressure, heater, and automation reviewed. Anything off gets flagged to our office the same day.
We leave the property as we found it, then your service summary arrives with readings, work performed, and chemicals added.
| Free chlorine | 3.0 ppm · in range |
| pH | 7.5 · in range |

Skimmed, brushed, vacuumed. Waterline wiped. Skimmer and pump baskets emptied. Filter pressure normal.
"Pump running quietly. Filter approaching a cleaning in two to three weeks, we will schedule it with you."
Every plan is quoted after a water and equipment assessment of your specific pool, because a fair number requires seeing the property first.
The complete visit, every week, chemicals included. Chemistry, cleaning, equipment check, written summary. The plan most of our properties are on.
